John-Luke "John" Blackwell is the Green Mystic Ranger, the Green Ranger of the Mystic Rangers. Like the other Rangers, John is a student in Briar Wood University, while his family is from Australia. He is seen as a womanizer and doesn't like fighting anyone, that is until he was chosen to fight the Dark Sorcerers. He is laid-back and carefree and a complete playboy, resulting in dating more than one girl he sees. Despite his womanizing, John is shown to be a friendly guy and refused to back down from a confrontation, especially when it's protecting his friends.
